SHIPPING

What company does Volmats use to ship packages?

We’re proud to offer free shipping worldwide! Our packages are shipped via EMA or CM. Your packages will be delivered to you via USPS in the USA or your local postal company (depending on your country).

How long does it take to ship?

It usually takes 7-15 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs.

How do I know my package has shipped and is on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is leaving the warehouse, you will receive another automatic email with shipping information.

I encountered a shipping problem. What should I do?

Please contact us within the date ranges below if your order: 1. was not delivered on time 2. shows “delivered” when you track it, but you have not received it 3. was damaged in shipping.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

How can I track my package ?

In your shipping confirmation email, you’ll get a link to the tracking history. In some cases, the tracking information will only be provided up until the package leaves. From there, please plan an additional 7-10 business days before delivery.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

I want to return an item I am not satisfied with.

Most products that are new and unopened can be returned to Volmats within 30 days if you are not happy with your purchase.

How do can I know if the product I received is eligible for return?

Products that are received by Volmats in any of the following conditions are eligible for return:
  • Any product purchased from Volmats.
  • Any product without a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
  • Any product that is returned with all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
  • Any product that do not exhibit physical damage.
  • Any product which is not tampered, customized or altered in any way.
  • Any product that is returned without markings or writing made by the customer on the original box.

How long does it take to process returns?

Returns are processed within 2-5 business days after your item(s) are received into our warehouse.

Does Volmats do exchanges?

We do not exchange for a different item. If you would like a different item, you would need to return the item for a refund (if eligible) and then place a new order for the item you want.

I want to replace an item.

For products that are eligible for return for replacement, the product may only be returned for a replacement of the same item. We do not allow exchanges or returns for replacements for different items. If you would like to receive a different item, you would need to return the original item for a refund. If Volmats no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, Volmats will issue you a refund.

I got my order, but an item is missing/defective/not what I ordered. What do I do?

Once you receive your order, please inspect your package right way (open shipping/retail boxes to inspect their contents), before signing for the delivery. Do not assume the item is undamaged because the packaging does not show signs of damage. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, you must contact our customer support department within two days of receipt and let us know.
