This one has sophisticated voice menus, very small, sounds loud enough, but perhaps due to the fancy voice recognition and voice menu prompts it has very poor battery life compared to other Plantronics headsets.

good quality, they don’t fall off the ear. sound quality is really good, specially for music. When making calls: -if you are in a room or office, with not much external sound, the conversations go very well… however.. -on a noisy area (the bus or the street) is completely useless. I think the product has great quality, but since the microphone is far from the mouth, it would be impossible to get clearer sound. When on a call, only one earbud works, which is fine. in general I recommend it a lot. Sound quality is great! No connectivity issues.
